Leftovers are in the fridge for this weekend at work.
Today I'm thinking about making Mama's Hamburger Veggie soup.
I've had it bookmarked forever and keep forgetting about it. ?
That will also be a freezer - for - later project.

Mmmmmm pot roast dinner looked delicious!

Last night, I heated up a golumpki that I found in the freezer from last Christmas. Topped with a slice of salt pork, with sides of cauliflower tots and edamame.

Hit the spot!

Thanks Lee.
I think I've cooked more this week than I have in a while.
Thank goodness for leftovers.
I've got Mama's soup in the crock pot, that's how I'm doing it.
I'll wait until the macaroni cooks and the vegs/celery is tender, then I'll put it in the freezer containers.

I made a quick marinade of thai sweet chili sauce, soy, and grated ginger. Marinated a couple sockeye salom filets flesh side down for about an hour, then

put it under a hot broiler for 8 minutes. Served over cilantro lime rice, and garnished with some sliced scallions.

Beef soup - Bite size beef cubes and onion. Seasoned with house blend and oil then sautéed. Beef broth, mushrooms and dry ingredients added (Dry - lentils, split peas, pinto beans and barley). Pressure for 35 minutes and 10 minute natural release. Frozen mixed veggies and tiny pasta shells added and pressure cooked for 5 minutes.
