Smoked a 9 pound Boston butt today for something tomorrow (burritos?), and made a pot of brisket chili. I just might vacuum seal and freeze the butt for later. I just wanted to smoke something and drink beer today. :mrgreen: View attachment 39602

"I just wanted to smoke something and drink beer today". I know the feeling! But I only smoke when it's nice enough to sit out in the backyard while smelling the BBQ and drinking beer!

Wasn't it a bit nippy in Wisconsin today?

I made a pork tenderloin with apple and onions. The pork was a perfect pink. I deglazed to pan with apple cider vinegar and apple cider to make a little sauce.

Depends on your definition of nippy, lol! It was mid 30’s so I wore socks and shoes instead sandals. I still wear shorts to the grocery store. Mid 30’s in December? Heck yeah I’ll take it. :sun3:
