What to do with leftover baked fish ?

I made too much and it's very fishy smelling. I could shove it in the freezer, but then what ?

If it smells like fish I wouldn't eat it at all. But then it really depends on how it was cooked etc as to how long it will keep. Usually about 2 to 3 days for cooked fish unless smoked and cured which keeps for years.

I would us it to make fish pie if it is still OK. The other alternative is something like kedgeree.

It could also be used to make a fish sandwich, poor boy style.

mix with equal parts of mashed potatoes and make fish cakes

it was baked flat with a bottled Oriental sauce. think i could grind it to make the fish cakes ?

Sure it could but I wouldn't grind it just flake it up a bit and perhaps do it like a crab cake etc.
