DD#2 helped me make dinner. I actually I prepped and told her how to cook it. I pulled out beef cut small for soup instead of large chunks. So the beef kind of disappeared into the sauce. But it was tasty.

Beef stroganoff over buttered egg noodles and side of green beans.

Jimmy, I used to love bologna sandwiches, but haven't had one in way over 10 years, since I can't find any that tastes as good as the stuff I grew up on.

What brand do you buy?

Monday night I had baked chicken wings with an artichoke and a new dipping sauce recipe I wanted to try (mayo, soy sauce, lemon juice, chives). It was good, but melted butter with garlic and lemon is better.

Tonight I had a cheese steak sandwich with NYTimes bread. Since I'm only one person, and carb-conscious, a loaf of bread lasts me forever.

Right now I'm planning brats in a blanket.
I've got Johnsonville smoked brats and a blue can of crescents.
It's going to make 6, with two crescents leftover.
I'll see if Jules wants to stop by after she's off work to share with her and her son Brett.
Sides will probably be corn and a tomato/onion salad.

1/4 pound unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 tablespoons good honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Simple supper.
Made a salad of chopped tomato, radish and a leaf stolen off a savoy cabbage in the crisper (for colour and crunch).

I haven't been on much this week- I been mostly fast fooding it.
I was very disappointed tonight with Popeye's Chicken Sandwich.
I had one a couple weeks ago, and it was fantastic. Tonight it sucked.
I've been working in the garden a lot, Haven't had time to enjoy the kitchen. Everyone Stay safe Please.

MOMMY Tina made beef stroganoff over rice.
It was SOOoooo SALTY..... It could kill the COVID-19 fer sure.
So then, I slapped a couple slices of bologna between wonder bread, and would you know, the bologna was Sour. Good thing I didn't use mustard on it. That would have masked the ptomain vapors of rotting meat.
I had a peanut butter sandwich to erase the ugly taste.

Wonder if I could use burger in red beans and rice, then add cheeses and seasoning?
