Gochujang honey roasted chicken and potatoes with a side of steamed green beans drizzled with sesame oil.

I've seen a jarred paste in the store that I believe can be used to make that sauce?
Looks good, medtran.

I'm working a pick up today, so I'm probably going to eat whatever is on our dinner menu.

A little bit of soy, though I used tamari, and vegetable oil.

The gochujang comes in a red rectangular box and yes it's a paste. It's also quite spicy, but the finished dish wasn't spicy at all. The honey gets put on after it comes out of the oven. I don't know if it was the honey, the oil, or the heat of the oven that destroyed the spice factor but something did. A super easy meal. Put it together, stick it in the oven and you're done!

The recipe is for a whole chicken, but I used 3 skinless thighs and cut the marinade in half, baked them for a little over 20 minutes to a temp of 165.

I was hoping it wasn't burn your mouth spicy, because I do want to make this.

Oh, since the chicken wasn't going to take an hour, I steamed the potatoes some, then used the same pan for the green beans.

Butterfly chops for dinner tonight.

Yesterday was lefties from our works lunch with Santa.
Mini quiches, little smokies in bbq sauce,cheese tray goodies and pastries.
