Ham and cheese on rye for tonight.
Nope. I don't know what possessed me to make something so heavy, carby and saucy.
My intention is to eat smarter/healthier and lighter.

Tonight was Jack Daniel’s Brisket, coleslaw, asparagus, and leftover potatoes.

I've got another piece of sirloin from last week.
I'll make that, some minute rice, a steamed green and a cold salad.

This piece of steak has quite a bit of fat running through it. It's a piece I reheated from last week, in a covered pan with a little olive oil and butter.
Came out deliciously tender, medium on the inside.
Rice, steamed green beans and my usual cuke, tomato and onion salad.

We went to The Cheesecake Factory for lunch today. I had an appy of calamari tempura and a side Cesar salad. Craig had Tex-Mex egg rolls that were wrapped in phyllo instead of egg roll wrappers, and a fresh tomato, basil, moz flatbread. We got 2 pieces each of cheesecake to go, mine was their Godiva cheesecake, and Craig got tiramisu and Key Lime cheesecakes.

I grilled Nathan’s hotdogs, Nancy made a loaded Cobb salad topped with homemade ranch dressing.

We are going to Ann and Andy’s for dinner. He asked me to bring my shish kabob skewers.

I'm on the schedule tonight, so I'll have leftovers from last night for dinner.

We had Mama Leone’s shrimp salad, and the kabobs. There was also sweet corn done on the grill. One kabob was Italian sausage, the others chicken.
