Welp I have 6 days off now, so I'll be cooking plenty.
Today tho, I'm not sure as I've got grocery shopping to do.
I may well check out the rotisserie chickens and buy a few fresh deli salads.

I think I much prefer Meijer or even Walmart rotisserie chicken, but this is ok.
Amish potato and cool cucumber salad on the side.
I have the container broth, the rest of the chicken and the carcass to play with for chicken sandwiches and possibly chicken and noodles/ or soup later on next week.

I made pork spare ribs in the oven, in a pan foiled over at 275 degrees for 4 hours.
Had a cookie for dessert, oh, and Tina made potato salad.
Had a scare, because DD was sick for 4 days. Really sick w fever...sore bones.....etc. Went to the family care, and was tested for covid 19.
Work won't let her in the building at the spa.
Today got good news.... Negative test results, and the Z pack antibiotic is working.
She had to get a return to work letter from the Dr. today.

Sounds good peeps. Uhh? Stuffed leaves of the cabbage?/ or
Casserole style? .... I like them rolled in the leaves, with a little bite to the cabbage. Tina likes the cabbage mushy and soft. She saves the green leaves for me too!
Unstuffed. I hate doing the rolling. A lot of work for not many usable leaves. I chop the cabbage up and layer it with sauerkraut, meatballs (beef, pork, kielbasa, onion, raw rice and spices) made out of the filling and kielbasa slices. Then simmered in tomato juice. I just had a bowl. The cabbage is just tender, bright green, crisp and crunchy.
