Going food shopping, so dinner is not set yet. But I didn't make the corned beef, that may be dinner.

I have to say Safeway bakes a nice variety of Italian breads on site.

Supper went well. The meat sauce and angel hair spaghetti was a hit.
I didn't eat. I was too full from breakfast. Why? ..... because the bagel was the size of a
softball.

DD picked up a bread from our ShopRite in Mansfield, and it was like rubbery . We like the bread with the seeds like the one you posted here above..... I'll tell Tina about the Lyndhurst S/Rite.

This time I made it on the stovetop and I think I like it better.
Just blistered the tomatoes slightly in olive oil, then added the cheese, stirring until it melts, then the pasta.
Very creamy.
