I've seen that chickpea pasta in the store - how did you like it, RM?

I was a bit skeptical but I read that it’s Diabetic appropriate so thought I’d try a box. It’s a bit pricey ($3.12 for 8 oz at our Walmart). Cook just like any regular pasta, about 8 minutes. BEWARE OF THE FOAM OVERFLOW. I had to skim the thick foam twice (since it’s not made from semolina).
I can see how it can be easily get overcooked and turn mushy so watch the pot.
Being married to a full blooded Italian, Buzz thought it tasted good and so do I. Much lighter than regular pasta too so you don’t feel so heavy after eating it lol

First time I've cooked in a while. Our pineapple was ripe and need to be picked and used. I used part of it in tonight's dinner, and I think I will grill some of it tomorrow night.

Blackened hogfish, with pienapple salsa, and my standard big salad, this time with a cilantro-lime dressing. The dressing morrored the cilantro and lime in the salsa. Served it with a chilled Pewsey Vale Riesling.

Kathy, that piece of fish looks luscious! Did the blackening smoke up the house?
