Tonight we had fried chopped zucchini, with oil and garlic over noodles. Then some refreshing
apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

Calzone, seasoned fries and salad today.

Simply sardines and crackers. This brand is called Porthos and is excellent for eating right out of the can.

Tried it. I’m so impressed-Braun’s ice cream & Dairy store. I bought a Jalapeno, sauted onions ,Cheese Burger. YUM.

Dinner was mashed potatoes, pork gravy, chopped spinach all done in the microwave. Too hot to cook.

I made fried rice with the leftover country ribs, adding leftover peas and mushrooms, red pepper, onions and garlic, a scrambled egg. Topped with green onions and fresh bean sprouts (added after the photo). Chilled sake.

Last night was grazing with French Brie (OMG), blue cheese, and rosemary crackers, then shared Nancy’s leftover Cuban and potato’s.

Burritos with chicken mole, cilantro-lime rice, beans, cheese, etc. A side of chips with homemade salsa. Salad with tomatoes and garden cucumbers.

It was Gordons. Today I made 3 more. And they were perfect.
I'm pretty sure, I didn't cook them ling enough.

I was just at commissary and they had brats on sale and got two packages but won’t do any till Sunday. There was lots of hotdogs on sale but I won’t buy any with nitrates. The way I feel I don’t know that it matters.

Had a windy day and Tina made us Soppy Joes. I only ate one. She used a recipe of Martha Stewart. I think she added too much salt. Usually, she screams at me when I use the salt, but I have to add a little when I eat tomatoes, or hard boiled eggs.
I had vanilla ice cream for dessert.....
.......... BTW.... "HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY TO ALL!"...
