The amuse bouche was a crab tomato bisque. Just a tiny cup. A little heavy on the herbs, but tasty.

Judy had Beef filet tips in a Cabernet Gorgonzola sauce. I had the special, hogfish snapper in a mango sauce. To die for!!!!!!!!

The special dessert today was a crème brûlée cheesecake. We shared one, and ordered a second to take home.

Wine, cappuccino. YES! Our favorite local spot. Sorry, but the food was half eaten when I remembered to take pics.

I just got done making potato salad, macaroni salad, bean salad, and salsa. I made a batch of dry rub yesterday and will coat some ribs with it and also marinate a flank steak later. All are for tomorrow and Monday. I’m beat. No clue what’s for dinner. Maybe a burrito.

The salsa was a bit hot, because I bought medium instead of mild 🤯

I had tuna salad on a small piece of semolina (with sesame seeds) Italian bread.
