I made 2 1/2 quarts rhubarb/strawberry compote in fridge. I also have 1 quart cleaned and cut raw rhubarb in the freezer.
DD and I stopped at Wendy's. I had half a bacon/cheese baked potato and a quarter of a small chili. And a glass of Barefoot cranberry fruitscato wine.

We had a stove top dressing and sweet corn pudding with a taco casserole which I topped with salsa and Cholula.
