We had the cod fish today. Cauliflower and tater tots. A cloudy and rainy day.
Tomorrow will be a big pot of the Sunday Gravy / sauce of tomatoes with Pork neck bones; sausages and meat balls. I will ask if I may have some sauce and cook it separately for DD and me so we can add basil to the small portion; because Tina is allergic to basil. She loves the smell of it, but it does something to her stomach for some reason. Oregano doesn't bother her.

We were going out for fish and chips with friend’s but overnight I came down with bad ear infection and only appointment I could get was 1630 when we were supposed to meet so I canceled dinner. We’ll have some frozen Kevin’s meals late, if I feel like it.

John.... Get out the clean white sock. Add salt to the toe area, (About 1/2 cup ), tie it off, and heat it just to warm it a little, and lay down and lay on the salt bag. It will draw out the poison after about an hour. ..... It works all the time for us.
ps: Don't use the salt to eat after applying it to your ear. You can use it in the drain to disinfect it if you wish. Feel Better

Thanks for the advice but both ears needed suctioning of ear wax in addition to drainage from infected ear. The drainage has stopped but still have 8 days of med regime.
