That’s gorgeous! Did you poach the cod in the broth?
After I make the veg, I put the raw fish on top, pour the juice from one lemon over it all, then bake, covered, in the oven for 20 minutes. One recipe has it all in a glass or ceramic cake pan uncovered. It looks good, as well. I like using the big oval Dutch oven.

No, it was grilled tuna that was in the freezer.

I hope to get a few more meals from our own. I’ve not seen local asparagus in stores yet.
