After I make the veg, I put the raw fish on top, pour the juice from one lemon over it all, then bake, covered, in the oven for 20 minutes. One recipe has it all in a glass or ceramic cake pan uncovered. It looks good, as well. I like using the big oval Dutch oven.That’s gorgeous! Did you poach the cod in the broth?
No, it was grilled tuna that was in the freezer.Spectacular! Is that your own canned tuna in your Nicoise?
