I have four petit sirloins thawed but not sure how they will be prepared. I was thinking either grill them or make cacciatore. It depends on the rain.

No, I hammer the steak with a meat tenderizer, flour and fry in oil; layer the meat with sliced onions and mushrooms, cover with marinara, and bake till the steaks are tender. It’s basically like chicken cacciatore, only with steak. I used to do it with elk steak when we got an elk. Cacciatore can be made with any game meat you‘d want to use.… so I guess that is my recipe. 😉

I am having a thick steak fillet done on the indoor electric grill. Tina Mommy doesn't like it, because it hurts her stomach.
DD doesn't like fillet. .... Go figure.
DD will make me roasted veggies. I must get this diabetes under control. grrrr!

Finally got this all together and plated between doing everything else!
I love Butterball turkey breast roast.
The only thing about it I do not like is when the mesh wrap clings to the skin while roasting, then you have to struggle to cut it off, pulling off the lovely browned skin lol
Little Potato Company taters (Dynamic Duo- yum.. boiled 15 minutes/a little butter)..
Steamed green beans.
Plated on a bed of chicken gravy which I had in a food saver in the freezer.
The turkey roast comes with a gravy packet, but it was a lot, so I put it in a ziploc bag back in the freezer for another time.

I picked up an air fryer on sale for $60.00. I gave my other one to a friend after she purchased a home - never thought I’d use one. My Son told me that’s mostly what he uses now. So tonight will be Franks red hot chicken bites in this contraption.

It’s in the oven… now to prep the Brussels sprouts. I could find no keto pasta at Marlene’s. I’ll have to order it on line… my sauce is thick but think it will thin out as it braises.
