You had me at Pastrami…..
I forgot to update on that:I made deviled eggs with Wasabi, kewpie mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sushi vinegar. Taking a break before I garnish with smoked salmon, masago, avocado, cucumber, furikake, and green onion slivers.

Here's what I used. There are many, all very similar recipes. I couldn't get a link (way too many ad popups). But I printed it out and took a Pic.Kathy, cod is on sale this week and I'd planned to buy some. There are many links for garlic butter cod with chili lime sauce. Which did you use? What were your tweaks?

Great, thanks Kathy! Here's what I used. There are many, all very similar recipes. I couldn't get a link (way too many ad popups). But I printed it out and took a Pic.
My changes were minor.
For Judy, I only used half the Sriracha. For me, I would have used it all.
I cooked the cod on one side for 3 minutes, spooning the hot garlic butter over the top. Flipped it and spooned half of the sauce over the top - that took about 1 minute. Then put it under a hot broiler for the final 2 minutes. That let the sauce glaze just a little.
Four minutes to a side would have been way too long.
I used cilantro instead of parsley, because that's what I always have on hand.
I was out of red ink when I printed this, so the Pic looks green,
I'm not religious at all, what so ever - I just like fish friesI'm not catholic, but fish Fridays are for lent? Anyway, wish we still had some fish fry Fridays going on, yum!
