Why did you do a photo test on that, Lee?
Btw, it looks delicious.
I recently discovered that I can shrink my pics a bit.....I always take photos with my trusty Canon camera, then upload them to my laptop, then post on NCT. Sometimes, when I don't have my camera with me, I use my damned cell phone (I am not a fan of cell phones). The Baja shrimp photo was taken with my cell (couldn't find my camera), and I wanted to see how to upload it to NCT. It's too big. I think I was able to reduce the size of future photos on my cell.
I like the small size of the photos on my camera. I take a lot of non-food photos that I want to keep, and I use hundreds of them as my screen saver, seeing them all the time. Also, multiple smaller photos are easier to email from my laptop.
Sounds good to me.I really hate wasting food St. Patrick's day left overs.
Lots of Cabbage/lots of Potato's & Carrots, Lots of
juice from cooking Corned Beef with cabbage Potato's
and Carrots. OK-The juice I used to make Pinto Beans,
The cabbage I fried with Celery, Onion, and a little
Corned Beef. All came out ok, not great, but ok.
I am having Chili for Lunch.
