What are you eating Sunday, 3/1/2026 to Saturday, 3/7/2026?

Tonight’s pizza from WinCo was very good although the anchovies got nixed.

Biscuits, pancakes (the best), fruit cobbler, chicken and dumplings, red velvet cake, muffins, cornbread, hush puppies, fried chicken, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, what strikes your fancy? I use it a lot.

Wow, yes! I like the chicken/dumplings and blue cheese dressing ideas a lot, since I'm a savory person. I probably used the word "savory" in my search for recipes using buttermilk and that's how I stumbled on that weird bean and greens recipe.

Thanks, Kathy!

We're having Tagliatelle with Wine-Braised Short Ribs for dinner. Although, it is a l/o from a freezer package for the short ribs and I'll skip making the tagliatelle. I'll likely use wide noodles, as I think they will be easier for DH to deal with. Yesterday, we were watching a TV show and they were making Short Ribs. DH commented that they looked great and then I remembered the l/o's in the freezer. And the rest is, as they say, history...

Sharon and John, your dinners look incredible! Did you both have Israeli couscous? I would love to see recipes everything!

Edit: Just saw the chicken tangine recipe in a tangine thread. I think Nancy's looks better!

It was excellent. The cous cous is from Bob’s Redmill.

I make Greek tabbouleh with bulgur, cucumber, red onion, grape tomato, mint and feta. Bulgur is low glycemic so I don’t get spikes ☺️
