I made dinner! Sorta.
Poached chicken breast with cranberries, walnuts, curry, mayo, more. I baked a couple puff pastry squares in which to serve it. Small simple greens on the side. Not much cooking to it.

Nancy would make deviled eggs and we would put a spoonful of caviar on top and drink Cheap Russian bubbly which wasn’t bad.

I've got chicken patties in the freezer ,provolone and fresh spinach in the fridge.
I'll keep this in mind.
I found a meal kit today at the store for shrimp scampi.
That may be dinner tomorrow.

Afternoon tea was a Bold Earl Grey with skinny toast and single malt orange marmalade. I’ve had my sugar fix for the day.
Nancy took Ann to the sewing expo which was smaller than last year so they left and had lunch at Farm 12. She got me braised short ribs takeaway for me for tonight.

My meal was disappointing - meat was like pulled beef over mashed potatoes and 4 skinny sprigs of broccolini.

Yesterday Nancy got some good hotdogs and new Hormel Coney Island hot dog sauce at the commissary so that’s on for tonight. I’d make chili but we are going to Seattle to visit JA this afternoon.

I’d of loved that last night. I’ll get a burger at the hockey game tomorrow night.
I'm going to have to see if there's anything new or interesting on their menus.
Well I got the strips and fries.
Told the girl I didn't want the garlic toast.
I don't know why they even have that with a chicken strip meal.
