We are having big lobster tails tonight but there are lots of leftover soups. I’m particularly looking forward to the leftover chicken noodle soup.

Nancy did up her big lobster tails. I didn’t want mine and it will be lobster salad for sandwiches.
Wow, you MUST be feeling crummy, John! I don't care for lobster, but looking at those, I wish I did!

This is delicious.
It's just noodles, beef broth, sage and parsley- then added the beef, carrots and Brussels sprouts and simmered until the noodles were done.
I had an air fried garlic bread slice for dipping.

I use "Angel Hair" Cabbage in Albondigas. Sometimes another an anything goes soup too.

We had a seafood stew with lobster, shrimp, cod, fennel, and tomatoes. The shrimp were a pain to peel while sitting on the couch. I’ll do them all tomorrow for the leftovers.
More soup this evening for supper.

For Valentine's Day, I received a caviar sampler. I've enjoyed roes of different kinds over the years, but never understood the differences between roes and caviar. Plus, I did not understand the differences in varieties of caviars. The sampler came with bone spoons, four one-ounce jars of caviar, smoked sturgeon filets, blinis, and creme fraiche. This was a very fun thing to do with your significant other or with friends or family. I had not thought of doing it prior to receiving the sampler. It was delightful and delicious. Delicate flavors that varied by each variety, and no fishiness at all.
