Yesterday was Amelia’s uncle’s birthday. This evening we are going to IHOP by SeaTac for supper. His father is interred in cemetery close by.
I will have an omelette or Eggs Bennie.
Their T-Bone looks good in the picture but the one I had at Denny’s this past summer was so tough I could bearly cut it with my Buck 110.

This is delicious.
Didn't make the noodles.
For the sauce I used brown sugar, instead of honey and felt like 1 cup of water would have been fine.
It's thinner than I like, but is very good light sauce.

The IHOP steak stinks!
The t-bone isn't the greatest, at least it wasn't the last time I was there.
The eggs Benedict were good.
Last time Tonda and I ate there,....
Ants! All over the syrup that sits in the containers against the wall.
Most of the time I got a blt or a plate of appys.

I had the Big Steak omelette but should have read more carefully - it was Mexican. I ate 1/3 and I’ll have the rest for brunch tomorrow. The biscuits and gravy were mediocre but I wasn’t paying. The hash browns were good. I’m home having a cognac.

Amelia and her mother had the T-Bone and were happy with them. Amelia has some leftover for school tomorrow.
A very most enjoyable meal. And there's leftovers to take to mom tomorrow!I've got a roast in a pot in the oven. Pot Roast!Later, I'll add the carrots, onions and taters. The house smells wonderful!

I'm having leftover étouffée tonight.
I went shopping this evening and got some country style ribs.
I'll make those in the oven tomorrow vs the crock-pot.
I gave April and Judy the other big tacos.

Oven sat at 300, in a covered baking dish with aluminum foil for 2 hrs, then uncovered and basted with the Smash Kitchen bbq sauce, for another 20 minutes.
