I had a friend over, waiting for her dinner, so I didn't stop for pictures.
Braised short ribs in red wine and other stuff, over mashed white & sweet potato mix. Sauteed asparagus on the side.

Couscous salad with cuban pork roast, red bell, corn, red onion, black beans, cilantro, and a cumin/garlic vinaigrette, with an avocado/red onion salad.

Got stuck at work much later than I thought I would. So I went for a burger.
Tonight: still thinking on it.

It was little shrimp in butter and wine sauce, over spaghetti.
Tina had mashed potatoes and gravy.
