Last night we ended up grazing… tonight was the lobster tails and salad.

It’s a really good pizza and it’s Family run. Dining room has been closed for a few years - they just can’t find the help. Surviving on delivery/carry out only.

Tonight was a pear salad and gnocchi wit Trader Joe’s bolognese.

I'm having Oyster stew & a crab cake w/ refreshment.
The crab cake was from an own known company
but better than any other company I bought from.

Tonight I’m grilling albacore tuna steaks and looks like I’ll be doing it in the dark.
Half a deli Philly cheese steak sub and Progresso creamy low sodium tomato basil soup.
This was a good combo.
I'll have the other half sub for lunch tomorrow.

I found a vegetarian Mexican lentil dish that required a special herb from Central America. A Mexican bodega in Fife had it so we drove over in Friday traffic to get a bunch. I decided to get a burrito - spiced beef, rice, and cheese. It was messy but good. I was so full from it no dinner was required.
Left lovers from the freezer- Spicy Vegetable Beef soup/stew.
