Apple habanero bbq sauce at the end. Pretty good

Had a pork tenderloin; so I trimmed it, and made medallions.
Cooked it ( braised it ) in the electric skillet with carrots and peppers .

Chicken soup over brown rice topped with grated cheese.

Jules and I went to Ninja last night.
Quite frankly I'm getting tired of that place.
Something is lacking there.
Not as wow as it used to be.
I got the appetizer platter.

I'm working 2-10p today.
I'm taking a seafood wrap from the deli.

Smoked a brisket today for tacos and chili this weekend. No after pics, still resting. ?

I'm not sure what I will have for dinner. I had half a homemade potato roll so far. Maybe I'll have a scrambled egg or soup. I really don't feel like eating.

Just made do with the sausage and peppers and potatoes.

This one took quite a few beers to cook but turned out okay

Possibly roasted carrots too, or sweet potato.

Tonight is chicken pot pie with pillsbury biscuits to top. I got a bottle of 1997 Beringer Zinfandel out of the cellar to pair.

Oh my God, Mark! That brisket looks incredible! Brisket really is my favorite barbecue! Wish it was less expensive! Wish I was THERE!

Yes Lee, just the ABT’s. I’ll fire up the smoker and go thru 5$ in pellets for a hot dog. It’s just fun to be outside smoking red meat and drinking beer.

Had an English muffin for brunch, and a yogurt made from sheep's milk.
Supper will be 'Susans Meatballs', macaroni salad as a side. Veggie of some sort.
