I made pork belly lotus buns. Salt pickled daikon and carrots, pickled watermelon rind, hoisin, cilantro, and peanuts. We love them.

Had an egg & cheese omelet for brunch. Scraped it down with an English muffin. Toasted and buttered lightly.
Orange juice and coffee to wash it. No clue what will be for supper.....
