I went food shopping this morning. So brunch when I got home was premade bistro spinach salad with Dijon dressing, Matlaw's small/appy size clams casino, and a slice of the strawberry tart I made yesterday.

My special fried rice, char siu from the freezer, eggs, shrimp, chicken, red and green onions, red bell, shiitakis, carrots, baby corn, green peas, and rice of course. Forgot to add, garlic and ginger as well.

Today was a bad day. I had stomach issues, and Tina had pain in the side. She had mashed potatoes and gravy; I had frozen Celentano egg plant parmesan. Horrible. Could not eat it. The skin on the eggplant was like eating a leather belt.
DD to the rescue, made me some fried Chinese cabbage and beef.
