What are you doing today?

Got my friend’s shot out of his basement today. He no longer shoots and has a small fortune in supplies. I paid for it and sold 8 bags to the gun club President and kept 2 bags and a bottle of Ballistics Products nickel plated 7.5’s. Afterwards went to commissary and am beat.
 
We fly home tomorrow. This has been a wonderful trip. My 55 year class reunion. Seeing old friends. Michigan Central Station. Corktown. The cathedral that my great grandfather designed. The cemetery where my parent are buried. Duly's Coney Island. Vernors. Olga's. Joe Muirs. My old stomping grounds in downtown Detroit. The Guardian Building. The Detroit Historical Museum and the Streets of Old Detroit. Honest John's. The Dime Store. Blessed Sacrament Cathedral. The Boston Edison District where my mother grew up. So much more. I don't care what the saying is, You CAN go home again.

At this morning I returned from the last night shift before my summer holiday, which is totally 4 weeks. Something sweet on the table at the last night to keep me awake during the last hours before the freedom. And what I have done today? Just slept.

Went grocery shopping.
Came home, April was coming out of her apartment and asked me if I was up for a walk sometime later today.
Noooo, are you nuts??
Then I went to Agave and Dunkin for dinner.

I'm doing two day shifts on the 7th and the 8th. The short med pass.

I had the same problem a while back. I couldn't get in on my phone, but could on the laptop. Lee and Doc couldn't find the problem or fix it. It went on for months, then all of a sudden, everything was OK again.

I’ve been working on the hot tub all day and am knackered. I still have chemicals to add but am following instructions I found on the internet and they want everything spaced out. I see their point. The tub needed to be done but the weather is too hot for me and Nancy won’t go in anymore.
