Yes that's correct. The horseradish paste is a substitute for the much more expensive real wasabi. I was curious what's served in the US.
Real wasabi is extremely hot and you cannot eat it alone, just the size of 3 mustard seeds is enough to burn down to the heart. Lol. I learned that the hard way. 😅

I looked at my tube of wasabi (which is hot as hell!) and it's the horseradish with other stuff. Does list wasabi towards the end of the ingredients.

Yes the tubes normally contain the horseradish and mustard mix. But the real wasabi doesn't burn too long I think, although it's unbearably hot (hotter than what's in the tube) when you eat it.
It's called the green gold by those who grow it I heard. Learned that from the Clarkson's Farm.

It's a British programme presented by Jeremy Clarkson a motoring journalist (probably the best). A man who's known for his unique presentation skills. He presented the Top Gear on the BBC, got into trouble for insulting someone of British royalty, and then presented the Grand Tour on Amazon.
He started working his 1000 acre farm, and the programme became by far the most popular farming show on TV.
