It seems that morons in Cincinnati government are issuing arrest warrants for.... nothing. And no one loses their job even though this is against State policy. Nice huh?


Police in Hamilton County have arrested hundreds of people in the past year because of a criminal complaint system that the county's top prosecutor says is bad public policy and some judges say violates Ohio law.

I would think that a civil suit could easily come out of that kind of an arrest.
