I'm going to make a post when I get back to Florida in the Dining Out Forum but for now here's a little information and a few pictures from a visit DW Fran & I made to VeraBlue's Red Gravy restaurant today in New Orleans. The Red Gravy, 125 Camp St., is located just off Canal St. on the eastern edge of the business district and in golf terms is only a three iron away from the French Quarter. VB had her eatery sporting Christmas decorations and in person it looked even better than all the pix she has previously posted. It is warm and comfortable and the food, magnificent. Roseann can REALLY cook.
Short video I took approaching the restaurant. I should have taken ten minutes worth but this is all I got - don't laugh....

Bonus picture - Katrina Memorial?
Christmas in the South
We were going to stop at the Acme Oyster House but the line and the cold weather was a deal breaker (I hate that phrase)
Ummmmmm, don't do that
