Sure there are bigger Food and Wine festivals ( like the most recent one in NYC), but I kinda like the more low key ones. Ive included the links to the Festivals in Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Both in Connecticut, a few hours from NYC or Boston.

Ive been to both, in the past, and have had a great time. Tried many different foods, met many good chefs, book signings, cooking demos, wine tasting ...and probably most imprtant, a relaxing weekend away from the kids.
