So there are the poor old moo-moos with the dopey devices placed over their eyes - totally disorienting them - just to get an extra bottle or two. The Moscow Agricultural Ministry solemnly assures everyone that these devices also reduce anxiety in cows (doubtful), and improve the overall mooooods of the poor creatures.
