TRUTH !!

Akademik Lomonosov, named after a notable 18th century Russian scientist,

was developed as a floating nuclear power station to provide power to the

most northerly Russian settlements. As the seas around the Arctic became

more economically important, Russia looked to expand its capabilities in

nuclear power generation to serve ports in the area. The Akademik Lomonosov

was a barge set up with a nuclear plant on it that was built in the Baltic

and moved 4,000 miles on the sea route between Russia and the Arctic to be

deployed at the East Siberian settlement of Pevek in 2020.
