CRAP !!

The rectus abdominis muscle can be found on the front of the body, between the rib cage and the pelvis. When it is well-conditioned, it can be contracted into the characteristic "six-pack", or series of six bumps or bulges that show on the outside of the belly. Both men and women have rectus abdominis muscles, but it can be more challenging for women to build up the strength to display the six-pack. The main function of these muscles is to allow for movement between the rib cage and the pelvis.
