CRAP !!
Magnetic Hill is located in Moncton in the Canadian Maritime province of New Brunswick. The tourist attraction has people drive in, park their cars at what appears to be the base of a hill, put it in neutral with no brakes, and have the car roll in what appears to be an upward direction. The effect is caused by an optical illusion. Cars don't actually roll up the hill. Rather, they roll down a slight grade. The effect occurs due to the rising and falling terrain of a ridge named "Lutes Mountain" that makes it seem like you are gliding uphill.
You can see the same illusion at Hell, Michigan, where tennis balls appear to roll uphill.
