According to the Congressional Record, there was no mention of Osama Bin Laden during the Iran-Contra hearings by Oliver North or anyone else. In fact, there was no mention of Osama Bin Laden in the Congressional Record at all in 1987, the year of the hearings.
One of the charges against North at that time, however, was his accepting a security system for his home as a gift. He said he needed it because of threats against himself and his family by Palestinian terrorist Abu Nidal.

Conversely, a decade after this "statement" was supposedly made by North, Osama was an ally of the US, in his fight against the Soviets in Afghanistan.

Wow, that is interesting, because I can clearly remember watching those hearings. During an interchange between Oliver North and Senator Al Gore, the issue of "the most dangerous man in the world" came up - I don't remember who initiated the topic, but I'm guessing it was North. North responded, "Osama Bin Laden." and all of the senators, including Gore, were baffled. No one had ever heard of him.
