TRUTH !!

hector boiardi immigrated to the u.s. in 1914 and was a chef at new york's plaza hotel. he moved to a cleveland restaurant, where his customers liked his spaghetti and meatball recipe so much that they kept asking for bottles to take home. he later added cheese and pasta to the sauce, and the result was so popular that he started selling the product in stores. the picture on the "chef boyardee" label is of hector himself.
