Although we learned recently from another TorC that Manilow wrote quite a few famous


jingles, this wasn't one of them.


This one was penned by Tom Dawes, who gained fame when his band The Cyrkle,


recorded a hit called Red Rubber Ball, written by Paul Simon.


The Cyrkle opened for the Beatles during their 1966 summer tour
