Tri-Tip Steak

I'm pulling my tri-tip out of the freezer this weekend, & planning on giving Bittman's Tri-tip with Romesco Sauce a go:

If there are any Tri-tip leftovers, will go for these sliders/tortas (w/o the romesco), & serve with corn on the cob, watermelon etc):
