So, this morning I'm sitting at the kitchen table, plowing through a box of great value toaster pastries for breakfast, and am looking at the local grocery store ads that came in the mail. I noticed they had top sirloin steaks for $4.99/lb...then on another page, they had top sirloin filets for $5.99/lb.
So what's the difference
Is the filet just trimmed a little better than the steak Worth the extra $1/lb
If I get either, it will probably end up on the grill...
