too much chix

i bought too much chix. same w/ eggs (posted 'bout them, too). anyhows, i've got 9 chix breasts in my freezer. i keep finding packs of them. :fridge:
can a fellow foodie offer some recipe advice, pleez! appreciated~

How about chicken and dumplings, while the weather is still cool?

fried chicken, chicken salad, chicken pot pie, white chicken chili, oven bbq chicken, sweet and sour chicken, a lot of casseroles use chicken.
 
Stuffed
Stir-fried
Parmesan
Grilled and sliced on top of a tossed salad
Pasta salad (raw veggies tossed with cooked pasta Italian dressing and garlic and herb marinated chicken cubed and cooked then tossed with the pasta and veggies)
Chicken salad
 
thanks, gals! i was thinking chix/dumplings too, lee~ i luv curried chix salad. fried chix sounds great, also chix parm- yum.
the chix & dumplings would suit this crummy weather.
think i'll thaw a pack of 4 that if i can get some peas & celery.
i can keep the half the stew before putting the dumplings on, then tighten that & freeze into pot pies.
