Todayโ€™s lunch was at The Big Dipper in Park City. I had the #8 that was like an Italian grinder. The soup was a thick tomato soup with Italian seasonings. I also had an order of Utatatโ€™s .

I found a leftover pork chop with some sprouts in the freezer.
This is from the time I made them last month (stewed tomatoes, garlic etc )
