TNT ideas for Black Vinegar

I bought a 20oz. bottle of black vinegar a couple of weeks ago. I heard it was the chinese version of balsamic vinegar.
I see a couple of recipes online using it with ribs or a hot & spicy noodle stir fry.
I don't want to open it til I have a good idea what to do with it.
Any TNT ideas?
 
You can use like rice vinegar as that is what it is really. The main difference is it is made from the black rice and aged like balsamic and is excellent in my opinion. A 20oz. bottle would last me about a month not much more as we go through it pretty quick.
 
MMMM just the idea of it is making my mouth water!

I'll have to go next door to the Asian supermarket and look for that. I love vinegars!
