Uhg. Just dragged my sorry donkey's rear home from a busy night. I need something strong and cold to cool me off and knock me out for some ZZZZ's. Pina Colada?

They told me @ 4 pm that we had 30 pp on the books (plus walkins, start of a decent night). THEN they tell me that we also had Couple's Twilight, and that there's 36 of those. Well, those folks will all come in around 7:30 - 8 pm, right when we're having the bulk of our normal dinner rush. Can we say slammed? Granted, as far as a normal restaurant is concerned, that's probably nothing. But, there's only three cooks on the line, plus the Chef, who was working the Wheel/Center/Plating.

We kicked butt! However, I'm pooped. I really need to get off the pc and go to bed......
 
Tonights special will be BLTs and chili nachos.

Martinis are two for Tuesday.
 
FM and I will have the two-for-one martinis. That is, we will EACH order two and we will both give one of ours to you, Lefty.
