Reverse sear angus filet mingons with bernaise, sauteed brandy mushrooms and haricot verts.
I had the DW taking pics most of the time...lol..took like 500 pics.

Those are great pics, High Cheese. (Now I'm starving - you are brilliant at plating!) But I think you posted the wrong apron pics - your shirt and pants are distracting. Remember - this is the apron thread.

It started in the Apron discussion thread somewhere. HC came up with the idea and it has grown from there. Vera is managing the list for us so by all means get on the list buddy and the apron will make it around to you .... in a few months I'd guess (there are 20 some on the list ahead of you now).
The Apron will be on it's way to you next Vera. Are you ready? (I know ..your always ready ...but I had to ask anyway.
