My dear friend Mixfinder has been doing side by side comparisons between my 1930's KA model G mixer and his 3 yr old copper KA 620 mixer.

During the comparisons he also gives techniques and recipes. Mixfinder is a wonderful retired chef/baker/teacher who has massive experience with cooking and baking equipment. I thought you would appreciate his observations and techniques.

And..........the bonus is that you can see for yourself why I say my old Model G is better than the new KA mixers! It is a no holds barred wrestlemania!:twak:
 
What wonderful links, LL! Mixfinder is amazing and his step-by-step pictures and descriptions are as delightful as they are informative.
 
LL, it is delightful watching your friend Kelly create such elegance. I wasn't much of a pie eater but I think I am now. lol
