Szechuan Style Red Oil Dressing
3-6 TBL chili oil depends how spicy you want
2 TBL black vinegar (I used Rice Wine Vinegar)
1 TBL sesame oil
2 tsp wine
½ tsp sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of dried pepper flakes
1 TBL soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ TBL minced green onion (I used vidalia)
1/2 tsp minced coriander (I used cilantro)
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 cup water
Combine ingredients in a seal-able container and refrigerate until needed.
