I was looking at another cooking forum today and noticed someone mention Peg Bracken, so I searched the recipes.

This meatloaf sounds wonderful.




INGREDIENTS​

UNITS: US

DIRECTIONS​

  • MIx ingredients together in the order they're given. Press into a greased loaf pan. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 1-1 1/2 hours

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
