Probably meatballs, sweet potato and green beans for dinner today.
Nothing wow-worthy or complicated.

Made some Martha Stewart's quick bbq sauce for the meatballs.

We're having Corned Beef, Cabbage, Carrots, Onions and taters too.

Tonight, we just noshed. Cheese, cracker, salsa, chips....we had lunch at Five Guys, not too much room for dinner.

Have not been around a few days. No appetite at all. DD and Tina were sick. I was sick, and I lost my since of smell, and taste. Grand kids were sick, and we contracted what they brought to me and Tina. Well, anyway, we have been eating canned soup, Tina made some soups, and whatever we could have thats easy to digest.
St Patrick was good to us, and we had that. The usual corned beef and cabbage, with potatoes and pickled eggs recently. We are eating the leftovers now.
Today was clam chowder, and liverwurst sandwiches.

Hmm, shrimp sounds good.
I think I'll make the shrimp and pea dish I've made before.

This time I sautéed the shrimp in butter and a little sesame oil, added my usual Old Bay seasoning and some minced garlic.
Tossed in some peas, then some rice noodles.

It was just myself and April ended up at Ninja. She was starving, Jules has the grandkids, Pam decided she wasn't in the mood .
I got 5 shrimp tempura, 4 crab rangoon and edamame.
Didn't take any pics, but it was very good.

We are going to Black Bear Diner for all you can eat fish although 2 pieces are all I can handle.
