Put the water on to cook the Angel Hair Spaghetti.

Can't Wait.. .. .. ..

There will be some spaghetti bending going on pretty soon!

Ahhhh, Jimmy. We cook so much alike it's scary. Looks delish!

I was tied up with an event all weekend ("Field Day" for ham radio), so when my 26 year-young son and his girlfriend came over today to do their laundry, my wife asked him if he wanted to make the dinner for tonight. Not a chef, but just a guy who also enjoys cooking he jumped at the opportunity, as his apartment only has 18" of workable counter space. I think he did an excellent job, starting with just a package of bone-in chicken breast. I like to think the apple has not fallen far from the tree. He makes me proud. BTW, the chicken breast was grilled to perfection, and was very moist.

I broiled flank steak and served with fresh baby spinch steamed in the microwave.

Son did a great job. Great that he cooks.

My son will cook if he has to. I mean..,like grill; and or cook spaghetti and heat sauce etc. Nothing that he follows a recipe or even warrants peelng and dicing.
Plain Steak ..... chicken on the grill, and or just a dish of cold cereal.
